A few years ago, when we dreamed of our own product, we promised each other that if we managed to create something in the future, apart from it being beneficial for us, let it also bring benefit to the environment from which we draw so much. That’s why we decided that 1% of the sales* of Mix Me products will be dedicated to saving the bee populations.

 

Why Bees?

Bees are a key component of our eco-system. Without bees there are no most of fruits, vegetables, spices or herbs. They are the ones that pollinate more than 75% of the world’s plants, and 4,000 varieties of fruits and vegetables in Europe alone. It is estimated that every 3rd spoonful of food we eat is due to the work of bees.

So it can be said that the problem of bees is our problem, and since Mix Me cocktail bases mainly contain products made thanks to bees, we decided that 1% from the sales of Mix Me product will be donated to save the bee population.

The bee population is drastically declining, and it’s estimated that it has decreased by about 30%, and in some regions of the world even by 50%. That’s why we support actions aimed at creating a bee-friendly environment. You can read about our initiatives on our social media channels.
